Many psychological and physical conditions can cause sleep disorders. Tri-State Sleep Diagnostic Services use sophisticated diagnostic techniques to determine which disorders are affecting your sleep.

In a great beige room,
tucked away in bed, is a girl named Pam.
To all the comfortable things
in the softly lit room—
to the large comfy bed,
to the plush rocking chair,
to the soothing pictures on the wall
and the sleep technician in the hall,
to the flat-screen TV
and the slippers she sees,
to everything one by one,
she says “Good Night.”

Tri-State Memorial Hospital’s Sleep Diagnostic Services helped Pam resolve her sleep problems so she can return to a good night’s rest. We can help you too, with diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders.

To be on your way to a good night’s sleep, contact your personal physician regarding your evaluation at Tri-State Memorial Hospital’s Sleep Diagnostic Services. We’ll help you say GOOD night, and mean it.

Tri-State Memorial Hospital Sleep Diagnostics Services diagnosis and treats a variety of sleep disorders, including:

Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), the most serious sleep disorder, is periodic obstruction of the upper airway during sleep. It is the most common medical cause of excessive daytime sleepiness and is more common in men.

Primary Snoring, while generally considered harmless, can cause many small arousals throughout the night that affects deep sleep.

Periodic Limb Movement Disorder (PLMD) is an irresistible limb movement often accompanied by a creeping sensation deep in the legs or arms, usually when you are trying to fall asleep. PLMD are characterized by rhythmic jerking of the feet or legs during sleep.

Narcolepsy is a chronic neurological disorder of the central nervous system that regulates sleep and wakefulness.

Chronic Insomnia (inability to go to sleep or stay asleep) affects productivity and well-being. Because insomnia is a symptom, the physician must search for the cause.

All Sleep Diagnostic Service techs are credentialed by the Board of Registered Polysomonographic Technologists (BRPT).
