MEDICAL/SURGICAL UNIT
At Tri-State Memorial Hospital, the Medical-Surgical Department is comprised of compassionate, professional staff who take pride in caring for the needs of all of our patients, whether medical or surgical inpatients.
Whether you are in for an inpatient surgery and spending the night with us or a medical patient admitted with respiratory or cardiac problems, your care will be a collaborative effort among our nurses and your physician. As your needs dictate, you may also meet with various members of our care team. This team may include our Hospitalist, dietitian, physical therapist, speech therapists, respiratory therapist, or pharmacist.
Our case managers and discharge planners will meet with you to help set up a safe discharge plan as warranted. Our staff is dedicated to providing excellence in healthcare services, with an emphasis on giving each patient a highly-personalized level of care that is the hallmark of our community hospital.
