LIFELINE
Medical Alert Service
Lifeline is a medical alert system that allows individuals of all ages access to at-home assistance in an emergency. Tri-State and Lifeline serve subscribers in Lewiston, Clarkston, Asotin, Lapwai and Culdesac.
The Lifeline system is ideal for those recuperating at home from illness or surgery, or the elderly and disabled who want to continue living independently. Whenever you need help, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you just push a button and someone is there with you. Lifeline provides you, and your family, peace of mind and security.
How Lifeline Works
If you have an emergency, just press the lightweight, waterproof help button and it will put you in touch with a Lifeline Systems Monitor. The Monitor will talk to you to find out what kind of help you need, and will then call one of your friends, neighbors or family members who will come to your home to check on you. If you need professional help, the Monitor will call for it immediately.
If for some reason, you press your Lifeline button and aren’t able to speak, the Monitor knows what to do.
We encourage you to test your Lifeline button each month, rather than waiting for an emergency. This will ensure that all of the equipment is working properly.
A Personal Connection
There are many reasons people choose Lifeline, but they remain subscribers because of the caring response they get from Lifeline Systems Monitors.
Lifeline takes the time to learn about you, so when you press your help button, the highly trained Monitor who answers your call already knows your special needs and interests.
Medication Dispensing Service
It’s important to take medications exactly as your doctor prescribed. Unfortunately, improper medication management and falls can get in the way of independent living, creating stress for you and your loved ones.
With the complexity of medications many seniors take, it’s no surprise that 1 in 10 hospital admissions for seniors are a result of medication errors.* Tri-State now offers a simple, proven Medication Dispensing Service from Philips Lifeline that can help.
This convenient service provides an easy-to-use solution that helps maintain the proper medication schedule. You will hear a simple audio reminder and at the push of a button, get your medications at the pre-programmed times.
The system is easy and effective. Philips Medication Dispensing Service has been proven to deliver a 98.6% in-home dispensing adherence level among monitored subscribers.
Within Your Reach
The price of the Lifeline service is surprisingly affordable, and you don’t need to make a long-term commitment. The Lifeline Medical Alert service does require a landline phone. Call us for more information at 509.758.0815.
